 By Charles Hawes, Capital News

In a daring and meticulously coordinated operation, Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and the Israel Security Agency (ISA) successfully rescued Qaid Farhan Alkadi, 52, from the grip of the Hamas terrorist organization. Alkadi, a resident of Rahat, was abducted on October 7th and taken into Gaza, where he was held captive. The operation took place in southern Gaza and involved elite units, including Shayetet 13, the 401st Brigade, and Yahalom, all operating under the command of the 162nd Division. The joint effort highlighted the IDF's commitment to utilizing all available resources to secure the release of hostages.

Due to the sensitive nature of the mission, the IDF and ISA have refrained from disclosing specific details to ensure the safety of remaining hostages, protect the operational security of their forces, and maintain national security. However, it has been confirmed that Alkadi is in stable condition. He is currently being transferred for thorough medical examinations at a hospital, with his family having been informed of his rescue. The IDF is providing support to his family during this critical time. The successful rescue operation underscores the ongoing efforts of Israeli security forces to ensure the safe return of all hostages. As the situation remains fluid, the IDF has reiterated its commitment to using all necessary means to achieve this objective. Further updates will be provided as circumstances allow.
