IDF Troops Conduct Precision Strikes

By Charles Hawes, Capital News

Rafah - In a series of precise, intelligence-based operations, Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) troops have intensified their activities in the Rafah area. Early this morning, IDF troops identified a terrorist cell emerging from a tunnel shaft within Rafah's vicinity. In a coordinated effort, the Israeli Air Force (IAF) swiftly intervened, neutralizing the terrorists before they could pose a threat.

In a separate incident, IDF troops observed another terrorist cell infiltrating a military structure near IDF positions. Once again, in collaboration with the IAF, the terrorist cell was targeted and eliminated.

The IDF also conducted strikes in the area from which projectiles were recently launched towards Kibbutz Kissufim. Among the targets was a Hamas military structure, which was reportedly utilized by the group’s rocket unit. In addition to these operations, the IAF has carried out extensive strikes over the past 24 hours, hitting approximately 30 Hamas targets throughout Gaza. These include military installations, an anti-tank missile launch post, and various weapons storage facilities.

IDF Warns Civilians, Adjusts Humanitarian Area

The IDF has issued a warning to civilians in the Aljalaa area, which has seen significant terrorist activity. Due to the exploitation of this area for terrorist purposes, including rocket fire aimed at Israel, the IDF has declared the region unsafe. According to intelligence reports, Hamas has embedded terrorist infrastructure within what was previously designated as a Humanitarian Area.

To mitigate harm to the civilian population, the IDF has adjusted the boundaries of the Humanitarian Area. Civilians have been urged to evacuate the Aljalaa neighborhood and relocate to the newly defined safe zone. The IDF is communicating these urgent evacuation orders via SMS messages, recorded voice messages, phone calls, Arabic-language media broadcasts, and flyers dropped from aircraft.

The IDF reiterated its commitment to continue operations against Hamas, which it accuses of using Gazan civilians as human shields for its terrorist activities and infrastructure. The early warnings and calls for evacuation are part of the IDF's efforts to reduce civilian casualties in ongoing military operations.
