Vice President Kamala Harris to Attend Summit on Peace in Ukraine

Washington DC - Vice President Kamala Harris is set to visit Lucerne, Switzerland, on June 15 to take part in the Summit on Peace in Ukraine. This summit aims to address the ongoing conflict and to reinforce the United States' unwavering support for Ukraine. The Biden-Harris Administration has been vocal in its commitment to upholding Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, adhering to the principles outlined in the UN Charter. Vice President Harris will emphasize this stance during her visit, underlining the administration's dedication to achieving a just and lasting peace in the region.

    Joining Vice President Harris at the summit will be National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, who will also represent the United States.
