IDF Strikes Hamas Compounds in Northern Gaza
By Charles Hawes, Capital News
Tel Aviv, Israel - In a coordinated operation led by the intelligence units of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and the Israel Security Agency (ISA), the Israel Air Force (IAF) targeted and struck two structures utilized by Hamas terrorists in Shati and Daraj Tuffah, located in northern Gaza. These operations were carried out on school compounds, which Hamas has been using as shields for its terrorist activities.
The targeted operatives were integral in the planning and execution of multiple terrorist attacks against Israel. Among them were individuals involved in the abduction of hostages and participants in the October 7th Massacre. The precision strikes were conducted following extensive aerial surveillance, precise munitions deployment, and comprehensive intelligence measures to minimize civilian casualties. This strike underscores the ongoing conflict wherein Hamas continuously violates international law by exploiting civilian infrastructure and using the civilian population as human shields for its operations against Israel. The IDF maintains that these actions are necessary to curb the terrorist threats and ensure the safety and security of Israeli citizens.
